Being totally honest, it took all of my will power not to call this Fabruray Favorites. That’d be too corny though… right?
Although you probably figured this out with my self explanatory title, I am starting a series for the month of February where, weekly, I will post five of my favorite things. This is going to be a hodge podgy list of my favorite brands, non profits, colors, patterns, you name it. Hopefully this way, you will find things you’ve never seen before and will join me in my obsessions.
I have been obsessed with floating shelves, such as these from Mandi at Vintage Revivals. I have one particular wall where I want to add some floating shelves and the more I dwell on getting those suckers up, the more I dwell on the eye candy that I will cover them with.

I recently purchased some Thieves Spray from a coworker. This stuff is awesome. I originally bought it because I am in love with the scent (it’s a blend of clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary essential oils), but after receiving it I found out the spray supposedly protects from harmful bacteria. I have no idea how effective it is but hey, it smells good and if it means I can spray someone in the face after they forget to cover their sneeze, then I’m all for it! Plus this stuff is natural and totally safe to ingest, so it’s way better than using those air sprays and antibacterial wipes that contain a bagillion chemicals.
If you are a Twin Cities, Minnesota dweller like me or are going to be in the area anytime in the future, then you have GOT to check out this restaurant! They serve local meats and veggies, both harvested from their own farm that’s less than one hour away! This is the absolute best restaurant to visit for fresh farm to table food. I am a locavore and therefore, this is something I am personally very passionate about. Yup, I’m a hippie. More on that later.
I have been hooked on chevron, finding the perfect combination of black and brown, and dresses in general. So when I recently stumbled across this dress, I instantly began drooling.
Am I the only one who didn’t know about Archer until about two months ago??! This show is hilarious! Archer is pretty much an animated modern day James Bond. Ohh man. What makes this even better though, is that I’m even wearing my tactical turtleneck… the tactleneck… as I type this. Oh my goodness, makes me laugh so hard. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then you better watch this. You can thank me later. And after you watch that, then you will be happy to hear that you can get Archer’s seasons one and two on Netflix intant queue. Like I said, thank me later.
